I have worked in multiple roles including community cultural strategist, practitioner, creative producer and curator.
I am most experienced at working collaboratively with diverse communities, artists and perspectives to create projects and programs that explore identified issues to influence social change. These projects always focus on storytelling, place and human connection and are often interdisciplinary and delivered through a number of different mediums. The focus is generally on rewriting the script around cultural norms, beliefs and power paradigms.
I am based in the Northern Territory where I have worked with all levels of government, arts organisations, community festivals including the NT’s major festival – Darwin Festival, national health agencies, service organisations, arts’ companies and universities to develop and deliver short and long term cultural projects that are innovative, accessible and relevant to community.
